Following their last sold-out concert at The Garage, El Mató a un Policía Motorizado returns to London for their biggest show to date in one of the most iconic rock venues in Camden. Hailing from La Plata, Argentina, have spent over two decades crafting unforgettable melodies that have inspired artists worldwide, from Amaia to Los Planetas and Carolina Durante.
With landmark albums like Navidad de Reserva (2005), Un millón de euros (2006), and Día de los Muertos (2008), the band toured extensively across Europe, the US, Mexico, and South America. Their 2017 release, La Síntesis O’Konor, marked a bold evolution in their sound, blending indie pop with subtle krautrock influences.
Subsequent releases, La Otra Dimensión (2019) and Unas Vacaciones Raras (2021, the Okupas soundtrack), solidified their unique artistic identity, culminating in sold-out shows worldwide and a 2022 Latin Grammy Award for Best Rock Album.
