La Linea, London’s biggest and longest-running Latin music festival, returns in spring 2026 with a vibrant programme of events across some of the city’s most iconic venues.

Running from Monday 20 April to Wednesday 6 May 2026, this year’s festival will once again celebrate the richness and diversity of Latin music — and we are looking for enthusiastic, friendly volunteers to join our team.

Volunteers are at the heart of La Linea. From welcoming audiences to supporting venue teams, you will help create an unforgettable experience for artists and audiences alike.

Volunteer Roles

Front of House Assistant
Welcome and assist audiences, provide information, and support venue teams to ensure smooth operations.

Runner (FOH & Venue Support)
Provide practical support across venues during performances.

Reporting Support
Encourage audience feedback and help us gather insights to continue improving the festival experience.

Commitment

To ensure the smooth delivery of the festival, all volunteers must:

  • Be available for a minimum of three shifts between 20 April – 6 May 2026
  • Attend a mandatory in-person induction session on 8 April 2026 in London (2 hours, time TBC)
  • Be currently residing in London
