We’re excited to announce that Como No is looking for a Production & Promoter Assistant to join our team as we gear up for another year of unforgettable live music and La Linea – The London Latin Music Festival.
This freelance, London-based role is a key part of our production and promotion team, working closely with our Director and Operations Manager across all aspects of event planning and delivery. The position combines office-based coordination with on-site support at shows, offering a broad, practical role at the heart of one of the UK’s most respected independent promoters.
We’re seeking someone organised, proactive, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for Latin music and live events. Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese is essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects and build positive relationships with artists, venues, and partners.
Contract: Freelance, part-time (approx. 20 hours/week)
Duration: Six months, with possible extension
Start: Late January / early February 2026
